Linda was born in December 1973. She attended elementary school at Immaculate Conception from 1st – 4th grade in Rio Grande City, then completed grades 5 through 12 in McAllen, Texas, graduating from McAllen Memorial High School.
Linda completed her Undergraduate at Southern Methodist University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish. She earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio and then graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, in May 2001.
In July 2001, Linda took the Bar Examination and was admitted to practice law in Texas on November 2, 2001. Linda joined the Bexar County DA’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney in January 2003. She started in the Juvenile Section and worked there for 4 years. She then moved to the Family Justice and Victim Protection Section where she worked for 7 years. Linda is now back in the Juvenile is now back in the Juvenile section and presently a second chair felony prosecutor.
Linda is married to Criminal Defense Attorney Tim Molina, who also worked for the Bexar County DA’s Office for 10 years. They have a 4-year old son named Miller. She is an active member of her community, including involvement in Junior League of San Antonio since 2005. Linda is now seeking to be Judge of County Court 9 in Bexar County.
